All orders are dispatched from New South Wales, Australia via Australia Post.
Please note that all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The standard timeframe for orders sent via express post is 3-5 business days & 5-7 business days for standard post.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Rates:
Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
Standard shipping = $14.95
Express shipping = $19.95
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location & any potential shipping delays outside our control. We will notify you if any delays, but will always be provide your tracking number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
Unworn, unwashed & in original condition
Tags attached
In its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Email us at basedathletica@gmail.com with your order number & reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
Ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES:
If you’d like to swap for a different size or item, we’ll ship your exchange once we receive your return.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at basedathletica@gmail.com & we will rectify immediately.
